The agreement between Medibrio and the clinic and people who use the platform.

Who may use Medibrio
Accounts are for identified professionals of a registered clinic. Credentials must not be shared; every user needs their own account so that the audit log is accurate. The clinic administrator is responsible for granting, reviewing and revoking access promptly.
Clinical responsibility
Medibrio is a documentation and workflow tool. It does not practise medicine and does not replace professional judgment. The treating clinician remains fully responsible for the accuracy of the record, for reviewing AI-generated drafts before signing, and for all clinical decisions. Medibrio is not a certified reporting system for government quality programs.
Not for emergencies
Messaging, the patient portal and the AI phone receptionist are not monitored continuously. Patients are told to call 911 or their local emergency number for urgent situations.
Plans, billing and allowances
Subscriptions renew automatically for the chosen term until cancelled. Texts, fax pages, video and phone minutes included in a plan are stated in the plan; usage beyond the allowance may be billed at the posted rate or blocked, at the clinic's setting. Taxes are extra. Promotional pricing applies for the period stated at purchase.
Your data stays yours
The clinic owns its records. Full export is available at any time while the account is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which data may be deleted in line with the retention settings.
Third-party networks
E-prescribing, laboratory and insurance claim transmissions depend on agreements with external networks and government payers. Availability, fees and turnaround are set by those parties, not by Medibrio.
Availability and limits of liability
We target high availability with encrypted backups, but the service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are published with a new version number and must be accepted at next sign-in before the platform can be used.
